I'm experiencing strange behavior when I go to open the results for the occupants.
If I move the folder where the Pathfinder files are to the Desktop I have no problem.
If the folder remains in its current location (Dropbox) and I launch the results, I get a message below. Even if I reload the file according to him "missing" I always get the same message. but the file is there, in fact if I move the whole folder to the desktop the problem disappears.
This could also be a problem with how DropBox handles filesystem calls. We have seen some similar issues with files in OneDrive too. I think the most robust method is to place anything you want to work with on the local filesystem.

I wonder if this is a filename/path character limit issue.
If you save and run the files closer to the file system's root, do you get the same error?
